A lawn that is looking much better!

Eugene Cusie came today to service my lawn. My son was home and spoke with him. Eugene recommended pruning my trees, which I need to do this year. He also wanted to discuss my options including renovation such as plugging these areas. I think Eugene needs to return to my house so we can discuss options and who does these items.

He noticed a lot of weeds, My son mentioned, "Isn't that what TruGreen is responsible for and why has it gotten to this point!" Kind of reinforces what I have been discussing with TruGreen people about some techs not covering my whole back lawn! My son seemed to be impressed with Eugene and his knowledge. Hopefully he will be attending to my lawn now. Thankfully we might start seeing some improvements.

I can't control the mowing, except to ask the guy that is doing the mowing to raise the mower to a higher level. However, he does many neighbors' lawns at the same time. But I can ask him.

Lawrence Ruffins was a very nice young man, personable. He was here to do a free service since I had weeds coming up and dollar weed out of control. You always have great customer service and your techs are nice to deal with. That also applies to your folks on the phone, I think of Nickie who was helpful and friendly.
