When I got the "Tell Me How I'm Doing" card with my service summary, I was extremely excited to share how I feel about my lawn specialist, Stephen Reynolds!

Stephen is the best specialist we've ever had working on our yard! His professionalism is top-notch. His genuine care for the look of our lawn and endless knowledge is truly commendable. I love that he always takes time to answer my questions and give me advice to help my lawn look better.

Under his care, my grass continues to improve. When we first started, it was mostly weeds, but now it is indeed mostly grass. When Stephen visits for a treatment, he always has a smile on his face, even when we need him to come out between treatments for those stubborn weeds.

I really appreciate TruGreen and Stephen for being there to help my home look beautiful! If I was his boss, I'd give him a raise and tell all the other lawn specialists to look to him as an example of ideal customer care. He really deserves it!

My specialist - Mike Vardner Sr.- for Tru-Green Tree and shrub service is always friendly and educational. I told him of some bugs on the trees and he said let me inspect your area of landscape and I will let you know what I see. After he treated all the area of my trees and shrubs he knocked on the door again and was able to explain how the bugs, shape of the leaves and nest of bugs can take over my front bushes. I told him when I have cut the shrubs back I have noticed exactly what he has mentioned. He also said to wash the blades of the tools before cutting sections of the bush and before going on the next one and the next one, to prevent any spreading. He has also mentioned how the large shrub in the back need to have space to expand and I have done some minor trimming which they look healthier now.

Dave Clary really seems interested in helping my lawn look good, which is much better service than I had with Massey and Dean's lawn spraying service. I have a particularly bad issue with mole crickets in my yard and he has been very responsive, walking the yard with me to assess the problem and educating me on them.

Our lawn has never looked better. We appreciate the comments and suggestions on the receipt giving us direction. David Clary is great. He keeps us informed and we are proud of our lawn service with Tru Green...he does a great job!
