We had recently had some issues with customer service and as a result cancelled our service. Your technician, Wesley Last name removed, came to our property today and, even though we told him we had cancelled our service, he took the time to look over our property to assist us with treating it on our own. It was our interaction with Wesley today that changed our mind about canceling our service. He went above and beyond to help us, even if it was just giving us advice as to how to proceed on our own. I can honestly say that he is the reason that we decided to give Trugreen one more try.

Our yard always looks better than our neighbor's....who don't use TrueGreen. I tell them they should switch. Steve is a great service provider.

I would like to commend our specialist Mike H as we have always had a near perfect lawn as far as grass is concerned. We took alot of frost damage this year and Mike took the time to tell me how dollar weeds were addressed and recommended changing of mowing patterns to speed up grass restoration.
