There is always a call at least a couple of days ahead to let us know that trugreen will be at our home. A note is always left with an explanation of what was done, what he notices and tips on how to improve our lawn and shrubs

Mike Vardner is very knowledgeable. I certainly learned a lot during our walk around the garden.
Will try and follow his suggestions. Obviously gardening in New Jersey
is a lot different then in The Villages. The frost was a big setback here and there.
Fortunately the property was landscaped November, 2016, so the roots have
had a chance to grow.

What do you like about our services?

We are notified before the visit. Our tech rings the doorbell to let us know he has arrived and what will be done that day. An explanation is left to let us know what the tech found and how it was treated. Tech is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I had Scotts service before and it seemed like the grass was doing better then. Your technician provides the best possible service but I am curious if the changeover from Scotts has resulted in a change in available treatments that are not as good.
