Thank you for the potash service to my yard. I also appreciate leaving the paper work at door. However, as I have said numerous times before, I CANNOT HEAR A KNOCK ON MY GLASS DOOR WHICH IS BEFORE THE REGULAR DOOR. (doorbells I usually hear) (I still did not get a phone call saying someone was coming), All and all I am please but would appreciate a call beforehand. Name removed

The only complaint I have is that I need more heads up when scheduling the services. I received a notification yesterday around 4pm that I would get aeration today in the morning. I need 1 week, or at least 2 days in advance.
Tyler performed Tree/Schrub on 3/12/2024. He did an excellent job both with spraying & granulars. He was careful not to get an overspray on my Shed & AC unit. He did a great job & is an asset to Trugreen. He is a keeper for your business.
Lorone treated my yard yesterday. He was very courteous and thorough in his work. It is obvious he is very dedicated and serious about his job. I appreciate the detailed service he provided.
Last year my lawn was destroyed by mole crickets that your techs failed to recognize and treat properly. After 10 years with trugreen I was searching for another company when Chris Smith contacted me to try and repair my yard..After putting down at least 450 grass plugs and having my yard treated by only Julie Erickson and Richard Buzo it is finally starting to come around again, though it has a long way to go to reach the pristine condition it was in before. Chris and Julie should be commended for the fine work that they do. My lawn was hopeless until they began the tedious job of restoration. It is rare to have employees that really care about their customers.Please continue to send only these people to treat my lawn.It has cost me a lot of money and time to get to this point and I do not want my lawn to regress.

Deontae was extremely helpful, going through the yard to address any concerns prior to starting the service. He even assisted with a problematic sprinkler head at the end of the service call. They get done with no interference in my daily work. The treatemnts are done on my very large property that i could never accomplish myswlf.
When there is a problem with my lawn they are willing to help fix it.
I am so pleased with Juie. She understands my lawn from the time TG started servicing me. Ever since then, i have had other techs from time to time, and while they are OK, Julie remains the best for me, Please continue to have he service me on a regular basis.

Yesterday, Walter Sellmon performed a lawn treatment at my home. Before he began, he knocked on the door and we discussed what he was going to do and the expected results. Since it is winter now not a lot is happening, but the treatment should be effective as spring arrives. I told him to let me know if anything looked like it needed additional treatment. When he was done, we spoke again, and all seemed in order. Walter did a great job. Hope he can become my regular go-to guy,
