Cadem Remm serviced my lawn for weeds on 21 Nov 23. He rang the doorbell, and we were able to chat before he began his service. We discussed weed control and the product TruGreen uses on Florida lawns. He said because of Florida State restrictions on herbicides available to the companies for weed control - they are not very effective. My wife - a Florida native of 75+ years agrees and lets me know after every application. Cadem completed he service and departed. Was nice talking to him and confirming our suspicions about the effectiveness of weed control products TruGreen , as well as other companies are allowed to use.

I have had Trugreen lawn service for many decades. They do a good job and are responsive to problem weeds such as clover and nut sedge that spring up. Walter Sellmon came out today to help eradicate both. He is professional, timely, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he notifies me before he comes so I can ask questions and discuss treatments with him.

I do not like that your coompany does not allow a customer to speak to someone directly in the office. It is outsourced to other states.
I have sent a letter with Peter Rodriguexz July 3, 2023. No response from your office. Other copies of my letter have been sent to at least 2 manager locations. Still no contact.
I want only Z Spray as done and advised by Peter that I have this siystem.
It would be helpful to keep this same lawn specialist who knows our lawn.
I have had TruGreen years ago at another subdivision.
When my lawn service was Always Green and If I had a problem Al came out. They had installed plugs when and where necessary.
I AM STILL waiting to hear about our 3x3 ft. circle in the backyard that I have requested plugs be installed because the lack of grass in that area happened while having your services.
TruGreen has reserviced upon request.
I hope that I will have access to speak with THE Tampa West Oldsmar office at any time and be able to confer with a managaer. Thank you.
