I did not get a chance to speak to him, he came early in the morning but I was watching out the window and i watched him go over every tree and shrub thoroughly. That is rare now- a -days and I want to make sure he gets the praise he deserves.

service has been good over the years. My only problem is sometimes it misses some broadleaf weeds and some insects seem to never go away (like ants).

They come take care of business while I am off taking care of my business. The results has been obvious and I haven't had any mosquito bites this year since they have treated the yard.
Like receiving calls as to when the service is going to be done or it is canceled. So I don't have to wait all day for someone to show. The little signs also help if I'm not home, this let's me the service was done.
This year they have come the right time of year. In the past they have come when there was still snow on the grass or they have come in late fall like Nov. & Dec. and want me to water the grass after the sprinklers have been turned off. I have been with TruGreen for over 20 yrs. This year is by far the best they have done. During the pandemic I had to call them to come. Anyway, there is always room for improvement. I will stay with them for a while. Can’t find any other company that does any better.
Over all I like the way my lawn is looking. The only thing I am unhappy with is that I alway have to call to get my next service. Customer service could be better,

Thank you for listening; I already called your customer services. I have been with you for MANY years. 1) My lawn doesn't look as even and nice as it has in past years. Were treatments not done evenly? 2) I consistently tell my lawn care people to pay attention to the broadleaf at the bottom of my stairs. I realize broadleaf is hard to get rid of, but I frankly don't see any difference. Are they putting extra or something different on it as I have requested? 3) On the last visit I had two specific things I needed looked at - visually looked at, things you can't describe over the phone. My treatment person did not look completely at the list, so he did NOT come up to the house, as I had requested, as I needed. He just got his equipment out and started to work. I went to him; he should have come to me. 4) Most of your people are professional. I'd appreciate if you keep training the younger ones who maybe don't know how to interact as professionals. When he saw me he (happily) said, "'Sup?" 'What's up?' is too familiar; it is not professional. It doesn't give any degree of integrity or efficiency. Thanks.
The operators apply the chemicals promptly and there is no bother to the home occupants.

Yesterday I called and paid for tree and shrub service. I asked specifically that our large flowering pear trees be treated for fire blight next service. Then I got an email thanking me for signing up for a lawn service. I only want tree and shrub service.
In addition, I logged into my account and do not see the payment that I made over the phone.
Please can this be on the website so I can see exactly what I have paid and for what service?
