The service representatives are polite and knowledgeable. They arrive at the time indicated and always introduce themselves when the arrive. My lawn looks great and dandelions and other weeds are almost all eradicated. Today, my representative James B. did not disappoint. He was here on time, introduced himself and then was very thorough with the application.

The service reps are great. They are quick and not at all disruptive. I work from home and I’m in meetings a lot, so i appreciate that I don’t have to talk with them at the door all the time. Only once did we have an issue where the gate was left unlatched and the dogs got out, but that was last year. My only real complaint is that if the dogs are accidentally left out, most times they will just drive away instead of trying to ring the bell and let me know. The service is rescheduled automatically but it seems like a waste of their time

The representatives come consistently. I can see a significant change in my lawn. The automated messages that I receive are extremely helpful. Also, very affordable.
You are treating my lawn and also fertilizing and keeping the pests out of my shrubs and trees. This is great support to this 87-year-old man. There is still have plenty of yard work because we have a garden, two fruit trees, weeding, pruning, ants and snails.
Several of my trees are too tall for your service, so I give then a systemic pesticide once a year.
My lawn is beautiful except for places where fungus has taken hold. This needs treatment every two weeks during the summer and I do that treatment myself. TruGreen helps with the reseeding when needed. Some years the reseeding is automatically done in early August, but it is too hot for the seeds to grow. TruGreen has been very good to seed again in the cool fall or in the early spring and this I surely appreciate.

I am very happy with your service. But I do have one area that, in my opinion, needs to be corrected. I would like to know, the morning that my service is going to be performed, what time the service will be performed - this could be a window range or can be an exact timeframe. Currently I am sent a text at the moment that your rep is at my door. If I am not home, I cannot speak with him to answer any of my questions pertinent to the service being performed. This process of informing me when the service will take place is not very customer-friendly, and I missed my 1st service opportunity because I was not informed in time.
Otherwise, the reps are very good with answering my questions when I actually have a chance to speak with them.
Until recently my lawn was looking very good, but now some sort of weed is starting to grow in it.
