After several years of trying to do this on my own and not succeeding I decided that it was time for TrueGreen. I am thrilled at the results to this point. There was almost an immediate result and we could not be more pleased. The cost is about the same as doing it myself but without the hassle. Also we are most impressed with our specialist Dillon Fite #51481 His concern for our satisfaction is exemplary and reflects very well on the integrity of TruGreen.
I would recommend him to head up the training department of the company but then we would loose him and that would be our loss.

Our lawn is greener and more healthy than its ever been. In fact, several of our neighbors have started using TruGreen because of how great our lawn looks!
Service provided is as promised. Thomas did a great job and provided input as how to maintain an attractive lawn.
Service delivery doesn't seem to be as efficient as it could be... for example they will be here to service 2-3 homes on our street one day, then be back the next day and do mine, rather than doing them all at the same time. I would like to see them spend more time doing their service, as some visits are less than 5 minutes in length.
I have been using home teamPest Control for seven years that my old house .when I moved I decided to keep them because they did such a great job never had any problems with bugs. The service techs and the office personnel do a great job and never had any problems. They always keep their appointments ,they come quarterly to spray ,they remove the spider webs . One time I planted a plant that attracted bees .I had a bee infestation in front of my door I called them they came over the next day to care of the problem. Thank you guys
Your service persons are very capable and listen to customer queries/suggestions. "Larry" did a fine job during my last treatment (March), and also did touch up of several spots.

The applications work well.
I like the fact that I am notified when someone is coming to provide a service but I do not have to be home. And a invoice is provided showing what was done and why it was done. All of the personnel I have met are very friendly and have answered any questions I may have. And, of course, my yard and plants are thriving. And I am not having to do any of the work. Thank you very much for the good work you all do.
I only had a first treatment that I give jeromy perry a 10. He was knowledgeable and friendly.... However the salesman when I made the purchase misrepresented the services that tru green renders. I mentioned how I want my lawn short because I have two dogs and a 21 month old baby running around out there and that I was worried about snakes. So it was implied I needed to mow my lawn, but I find out that you don't! I personally don't understand a gardening service not mowing your lawn. Also I had asked if tru green weeds from beds, driveway cracks etc. he said they do it all. But You don't. I can let that slide but the mowing Issue may be a deal breaker.. because now I have to hire someone to cut my lawn.
Your specialists represent your company very well and are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. No matter the week, they never stray from these traits and it is quite refreshing to the customer. For example, this week, Dominique Ardrey came by and presented me with lots of information to the questions I had and did so in a most professional and knowledgeable way. He is definitely an up and comer who I am sure your management has noticed his wide array of both technical and customer service skills.
Local representatives are very caring, polite, knowledgeable and reliable. I would say that the "central representatives" when I call an 800 number are more clueless - you need to get to the local person who does the lawn. Those folks know me and have a sincere interest in my lawn.
They are always prompt and my lawn loos 100% better.

Promptness and a good job.
Patience was the key to the success of our lawn. One year ago we were inundated with weeds and our lawn was in very poor shape. Finally, this year we've turned the corner. For the most part, our grass is healthy and green. Still have a few spots that need attention but I feel confident in our technician that he will continue to work hard for us. I have even noticed 3 of my surrounding neighbors are now using TruGreen. Great Job!!

The technician called ahead as requested, listened to my feedback, took time to insure he treated the entire yard. We have 1.5 acres and I know it is hard work to do the entire yard. I think he did a great job. Thank you!

It's really too soon for me to critique you guys. You have only treated my lawn once but I must say the technician was excellent in listening to my concerns.
I am a new customer. Lawn was supposed to be done Monday. Agent treated my neighbors Yard by accident. Yard was treated yesterday and I am waiting to see the results.
TruGreen services has really helped my lawn by decreasing the weeds. Today Jeromy Perry came out for an additional treatment for crabgrass/dallisgrass. He was helpful and pleasant to speak with. I told him that Jacob Sims had done a lot of work to improve my lawn over the past year and that I understand that dallisgrass will take some extra work to decrease/slowly eliminate from my yard. I appreciate TruGreen actually doing what they told me they would do and having such nice people work with the company. I have referred TruGreen to anyone who asks how I finally got the weeds under control. I was not successful trying to do it on my own with advice from Lowe's employees and spending a good bit of time and money to not have my lawn improve. Thank you!
