I just had a service done on Aug. 23 by specialist 62269 Kevin Dodd. He was very helpful on some questions I had for him. Before he treated my lawn we both noticed a brighter type of grass overtaking my fescue lawn. He didn't know what type of grass it was and said that he would take a picture of it and someone would contact me about this issue. I havn't heard from anyone yet. Maybe too soon??? Please follow up on my request. There wasn't any notation on my service paper that Todd left with me.

Still relatively new to your services, however the automated call prior to visits and the fact that I do not need to be home. I also think you will come out to my home if I request a visit in addition to the regularly scheduled visits. The specialist, Shannon Pruitt was friendly and knowledgeable. easy to communicate with.

The tree and shrub specialist, Dustin Maitland. He does an outstanding job every time that he does the treatment on our trees and shrubs. He always very courteous and answers any questions. He is also very knowledgeable.

I've had a healthy, nice lawn for years by using your services.
1. The advance notice when the next service will be performed. However, the current "next day" notification should be replaced by a "two-day lead-time". Receiving a notice the afternoon before the scheduled service does not permit enough time to cut, if necessary, before the next application.
2. Technicians are friendly, courteous, and efficient.
