Larry Tennant did the specialist in charge of the mosquito treatment. I never thought I would say this but I'm quite satisfied that NO mosquitoes are biting me. I couldn't believe that this is possible. I can walk on my grass and not get bit FINALLY!!!
I guess I'll be recommending True Green to my neighbors and friends when it comes to mosquito treatment.
Deon did the 1st fertilization treatment with NO rain. Glad the weather is NOT too hot and no rain. I spoke to him about the existing problem on my lawn. There are still some stubborn weeds left on my yard after he did his two applications of weed killer. Unfortunately, my good grass died too. He did a good job in fertilizing my lawn. Hope the light treatment will soon be visible with a good results in 30 days. Deon is very easy to talk to and friendly. After calling the customer service of Trugreen, I do hope the hose be provided to retreat my entire lawn with weed killer because I'm still not quite satisfied with the looks of my lawn. It's a lot better than before, but there are still some weed.
The service man came to do fertilizing but also sprayed some Texas grass that was trying to take hold when I asked him, when they first took over Scott's I had a few problems but they seemed to have taken care of that now.
The service tech did a good job spraying and fertilizing our yard, especially since it was extremely hot. He did however miss a few spots and I see the difference in the dying nut sedge
and the areas that were not sprayed.
Jeromy Perry was here recently, and was great talking me through some of the challenges of my lawn and giving great advice. I appreciated it very much. Thank you!

IF WEEDS CONTINUE TO GROW BETWEEN TREATMENT A SERVICES REP WILL COME TO THE YARD BETWEEN TREATMENTS AT NO CHARGE. A PREVIOUS COMPANY WOULD NOT DO THIS WITHOUT A "SERVICE FEE".

I signed up for your service 4 months ago, and aside from my specialist, Dylan Smallwood, my experience has been average to good, but my biggest complaint is with your sales team. I signed up for the service on April 28 with Mike. I first questioned your service delivery when I asked if someone would be coming out to assess my yard/grass, but Mike told me that would not be necessary because they were very familiar with the turf in the area.....that turned out to be a false statement when I was advised 40 days into my service that my yard would be aerated. As it turned out, I was told that my "file" indicated I had warm weather grass and not fescue...which is not true. Also, I let Mike know that I had just moved into my home and it had been vacant for several months and had a really bad weed problem...he told me not to worry; they would treat it within the next 2 weeks and I would see my weeds dying off 10 days after the treatment. Again, not true. Last month they treated my lawn with lime....which I disagree with because I am more concerned about getting rid of weeds more than making my scarce grass greener. Today I spoke with Dylan and he has renewed my confidence in your service. I trust and believe in what he told me, and felt extremely comfortable with his assessment of my lawn. If it were not for Dylan, I doubt I would keep the TruGreen service. My feedback: advise your sales team not to make promises that they have no control over. It not only puts your service team at risk, for failing to deliver undeliverable promises made by your sales team, but it causes your customer base to question your company's delivery.
We have been so happy with every TruGreen specialist that comes to our house.
