1st tech Antonio Nelson showed up at my door at 7:05 on 1 Feb 2022 without any notification or text wanting me to open back fence. It was so cold I went back inside. Since he had already put paperwork on storm door handle when orginally rung doorbell, he didnt come back and tell me when thru, just drove off and when i called TruGreen's local office, said Antonio Nelson had closed out workorder and they would leave a message for him to call me to confirmed sprayef around perimeter of fence but in meantime scheduled free appoitment for followung Monday, 7 Feb, just in case didnt and it wouldnt damage grass. No call from Antonio Nelson. Did get notification from Pru, new tech, who had come out orginally last year. It rained that day and got notification for the 8th, but had to keep changing times, thru no fault of his own. Finally showed up after 6, dark, said would have been at my house 30 min earlier, would have still been light. I was following him to my house on your app from Wash, NC , which took long time. Flashlights out, sprayed around perimeter. I went around with him, my mask . I liked Prue's professionalism and demeanor willing to talk to me face to face and his keeping me in loop, even though it took 2 additional days to finish orginal job. Please change my tech from Antonio Nelson to Prue S for all future lawn treatments. Thank you. Did great job.

Prompt...efficient...effective. The only suggestion I have is I would appreciate the grub treatment earlier in the growing season if that is possible. Don't misunderstand me, WHEN you treat the lawn for grubs, it works very well. I appear to have ...uuhm...aggressive moles. By the time you get here to save my yard, and my ankles, my lawn is pretty much resembling a plowed field. Maybe there are restrictions (temp, ecology, biology, mole mating season, etc...) I'm not aware of that prevent an earlier treatment but if its possible, then please do so. Thanks.
I get a text letting me know when my treatment will occur a couple days prior. Another text when technician is on the way, when they arrive and when service is completed. They always leave paperwork on the front door explaining the treatments. The technicians have always been very personable when I've spoken to them. The treatments have made a big difference in the health of my yard, that's why we signed on for another year!

We are satisfied with the services during the growing season, however, there was a problem during January with mild temperature days the weeds started to take over the lawn. Seens that pre-emergent weed control applied in December does not work to stop germination. Looks ugly for several early months until the regular grass takes over. Would appreciate if a lawn specialist would give me a phone call to discuss even if I have to pay extra for additional weed control application in January. Hope someone reads this concern and calls? Thank you...

We moved in to our 1.5 acre home in August of last year. In the Spring of this year we had an incredible amount of weeds that we just couldn't get rid of. We decided to try TruGreen and the results have been above what we expected. Now we have few weeds and healthy grass. Looking forward to this time next year! Also, the lawn care specialists are professional and really care about their work and satisfying the homeowner.
