Normally, you guys do a great job; keep my yard free of weeds and fire ants; and always followup with another visit if I am not satisfied with your service call. You come out when I ask for lawncare advise and are always professional. However, on your last visit on 11/4/20, your guy showed up with a headset on; did not speak until I asked him to take care of some weeds in the back; was here for 5 minutes with his wand and left. Have been checking for several days, and still see lots of clover. Normally, you guys spray the entire yard on this year end visit; not just a hit and miss with the wand.
Request you pick a clear day next week and spray the entire yard.
