Branch 5035. Had Jaquel S (per his card provided at the time of service) I would have cancled the several services of Tru Green. I'm at home and had technicians show up, place a service provided and leave. I have cameras and watched you do nothing. That said Jaquel has far surpassed expectations so I will continue to recommend their services based on their guarantee and this one absolute excellent service tech. Budget is tight. So are our health abilities as this point.
I love my TruGreen service. The only thing I am having trouble with is getting an aeration scheduled, so I can get seed put out. I was told it would be done by the end of March, it was never scheduled, then when I called to inquire about it, I was told mid to late April. I need to get this done. None of this is the issue of the people that come to the house, it's my conversations over the phone.
Rebecca and Jonathon were the last two that cam to my home. Rebecca is very through and Jonathan went the extra mile and enquired about issues with my grass and called me at home that evening to follow-up with me.....He is WONDERFUL.
The week prior I had a weed treatment and I still have several weeds on the back of our land. don't think he went all the way to the back or he just spot treated. Anyway I will be calling for a re-treatment.

The techs were very professional and did a very good job on my lawn. I had concerns on a specific date and the tech acted on my concerns making everything alright.

YARD IS LOOKING GREAT! CAN SEE WHERE THE FEW WEEDS THAT ARE COMING UP ARE ALREADY DYING AND JUST WAITING FOR THE GREEN GRASS TO APPEAR! LOOKING AT YARDS AROUND US, WE SEE LOTS OF DANDILIONS AND ONION GRASS COMING UP, BUT NOT IN OUR YARD!
I gave it a 9 instead of 10 because there are places in my lawn that the onions are still growing on the ditch bank and a few other spots. Cover the whole lawn, down to the creek and up to the tree lines around the whole yard. Ditch bank is part of my lawn.
Today was my first visit from Trugreen branch 5035 and was pleased to be greeted by Rebecca. Great personality and concerned to not damage my yard with her hose as she needed to wrap the entire yard. Looking forward to a great yard this year.

I even told my neighbor Saturday about getting TruGreen she wanted to get rid of the moles in her yard too, they live right beside us. She did not know you all could get rid of moles..
