Lawn looks incredibly better than where it was a couple of years ago. Eddie has been our primary guy and having that familiarity has allowed me to build trust with him. He's always been professional, courteous, thorough and willing to spend an extra few minutes talking about what was done, what's coming up, recommendations and answering my questions. He represents Tru-Green very well and glad to have him on our account.

Douglas was very informative about the height to mow the grass and not to mow it for several days to let the chemicals settle. I watched him from the window and he was very careful to spray all the lawn. thank you, Douglas.

Doug Gratop did a nice job explaining the issues with my yard. He suggested applying another treatment to of weed control etc to the grassless area between my front lawn and job. Just a reminder to do that. Also, the backyard is zoysia and would appreciate that being treated if necessary. Please avoid product getting into the pool.

I enjoyed speaking with Doug. He was very informative and high energy when I first spoke with him upon arrival. I knew my weeds were in trouble and I had made the right choice when he started across my yard with the big yellow hose dressed in all leather and singing "some weeds are gonna roll" by Judas Priest!
I was amazed at his air guitar solo skills and he even had me head banging with him. It was awesome! You guys install high quality stereos in those trucks!
I'm impressed and can't wait until my next service!
