What do you like about our services?

The technician, Lance W, was very pleasant and quick. He asked if I had any questions and, actually waited for a response. I didn't. He went along with his work and was efficient. No disruption to my day while working from home. The cats even watched, which is rare when they see someone new. He is welcomed back.
