I had a previous issue with the aeration I received in the fall and a few other concerns. I expressed my concerns and was able to speak with a manager named Doug in the Charlotte area. He followed up with me in a timely manner and completed what he said he was able to do. I appreciate good service and wanted to make sure he was recognized.
