Last year I started the service in March. I wasn't very happy with the looks of the yard as it didn't really green up. The weeds did start dying though. This year my yard looks awesome. I'm very pleased with the techs that are coming to my property this year. I think it was crucial getting that early treatment in January and February. My neighbors are jealous.

TruGreen kept us up-to-date on arrival time. Adam, the Technician was very courteous and respectful of our property and appeared to do a very thorough application of pre & post emergents and fertilizer. However, I noticed on the Service Report that Adam stated we had weeds. We would like to know what weeds Adam or whoever the Technician is, identified and the overall condition of the lawn. (soil sample(s) for pH, moisture & temperature would have been a good start also. We know we have POA ANNUA, Ryegrass, a small amount of clover and chickweed. Not sure there are any others, but that would be a boost in our confidence in TruGreen, especially taking a soil sample. We have a few areas that need seeding & fertilizing and also several patches that need the same. He did great, but addressing the other issues “that I requested would have been nice.” Overall, still satisfied!
