Our front yard is too big for us to maintain and it makes it easier to have someone who is knowledgeable to care for it for us. It is one less thing we have to worry about as a homeowner and our yard looks great (according to my friends).

In the beginning I received appointment via my phone. I sat around all day and no one showed up. This happened four times/.I could not reach our local Branch via phone. In frustration I called the Corporate Headquarters voiced my complaint in detail and wanted to cancel our contract. I was assured by Corporate that this would be rectified. Since then our appointments were kept promptly and the service was satisfactory completed on time. The service persons were very polite and well trained.
Advance notice, real time updates and professional service
Our bushes and trees have responded exceptionally well to the treatments and we are very pleased with that aspect. That said, all the technicians with whom we have dealt with over the years have been professional and courteous. They are the strength of the company.

Dealing with TruGreen is hassle-free: we have experienced NO problems in scheduling, payment processing, or service. The techs have been reliable in arriving and carrying out the service, have spoken with us to explain/answer questions as needed, and have been considerate about moving their vehicles if we ever needed to leave while they were here.
Most important, I suppose, is that our lawn has been healthier and better-looking wiht TruGreen than it was in prior years.

They are performed monthly without interruption, whether I'm at home or not. When I am at home, the technician is always courteous and answers any questions I might have. Special thanks to Devon who answered my Lawnmower question and showed me how to read the oil dipstick so as not to over fill it!
