Branch 5035. Had Jaquel S (per his card provided at the time of service) I would have cancled the several services of Tru Green. I'm at home and had technicians show up, place a service provided and leave. I have cameras and watched you do nothing. That said Jaquel has far surpassed expectations so I will continue to recommend their services based on their guarantee and this one absolute excellent service tech. Budget is tight. So are our health abilities as this point.
The service technician, Anthony Orischak did a great job. He knocked the door before the service and he was very polite and very well mannered and asked if I need any further information and told what service I am getting. I wish him the best.

LARON BUSH CAME OUT TODAY FOR MY INITIAL VISIT. HE WAS VERY THROUGH ABOUT WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AT THIS VISIT BUT ALSO LISTENED TO ME ABOUT WHAT MY GOALS FOR MY LAWN WERE. WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATED. I EXPLAINED TO LARON THAT I HAD NEVER HAD ANYONE BUT ME FERTILIZE MY LAWN SO THIS WAS A BIG STEP TURNING IT OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE. HE SAID HE UNDERSTOOD AND WAS HAPPY TO WORK WITH ME TO ACHIEVE THE BEST LAWN. I TOLD HIM I WANTED A GOLF COURSE LAWN AND WAS COMITTED TO THIS EVEN IF IT TOOK SEVERAL YEARS. HE SAID HE UNDERSTOOD AND TOLD ME THAT TOGETHER WE COULD GET THERE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH LARON AND BELIEVE WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING I CAN HAVE THE BEST LAWN ON THE BLOCK. This was Nathaniel's first time servicing my yard. We spoke and he asked if I had any questions. I asked him to make sure he treated a small strip along the sidewalk that some reps forget about. He treated it immeditatly.

I get good service and always get an email for the date my technician will be there. I love talking to Donna Thomas. She's always friendly and helpful.. I've never met her in person but I feel like I've known her all my life. I always talk to Donna rather than people all over the country. She knows me as soon as I call by name. Very personable. Very professional and always there to help me.

I love my TruGreen service. The only thing I am having trouble with is getting an aeration scheduled, so I can get seed put out. I was told it would be done by the end of March, it was never scheduled, then when I called to inquire about it, I was told mid to late April. I need to get this done. None of this is the issue of the people that come to the house, it's my conversations over the phone.
