My lawn is green and service includes plug and seed where they always leave me a bucket of seed to fill bare spots during the year.
They service is great. This is the second year for us. The one weed is still giving us fits, but they are finally getting fewer and fewer.

I am so impressed with your company and its values. Not only are the services exactly what we requested, but the communication by Ms. Thomas is just over the top. While I have never met Ms. Thomas, she keeps me informed of any scheduled events prior to anyone coming to our property. Her communication with me is second to none and I welcome her emails. We have a large number of employees with large vehicles here at various times daily, in and out of the service area, and we like to inform them to be aware of another vehicle/equipment in the area.
Our lawn and other areas set the example for others in our area. We receive compliments from senior management on how well our campus looks and how it is maintained.
I ask that Ms. Thomas continues to be my contact as "it is working so well" and I hope we do not see change in this communication link.

Met your shrub, plants and tree specialist Brenda Payton on her first visit, on 3/25, to our property. She was friendly and very helpful, answering all my questions and concerns, even about our lawn. (Our lawn specialist had not yet made his first visit)
Mitchell Locke, lawn specialist, did make his first visit two days later, on 3/27. He was also very friendly and helpful. Our lawn is already looking better!
Christopher Parker is the BEST! He always a very completed service and takes notice where the weeds are so he can address them. He knows my yard well, so I don't even have to be here to show him things. He is extremely profession and an expert at what he does. He should be recognized for his proficiency and expertise in yard management. I would leave Trugreen if not for him.

I do not have to think or worry about my yard and it's health.
I would spend 3/4 the amount of money doing it myself. It is worth the price because I dont have to carry, buy or apply the lawn care and Trugreen is aways on time and never misses a application. Thank you Trugreen
