Reminder the day before and update the day of. Also don't have to be home for service to be completed. Please put into account not to ring door bell. Last 2 times technician rang bell and woke up grand child. I know when you are here and if I have questions I will come outside.
Their services help maintain our yard. They give you 24-hour notice that one if their service techs will be doing a service and then they notify you when they will arrive on the day of service.
Afterwards they notify you of completion of the service and ask for comments or questions. Their communications are excellent.
