This is our 18th year with TruGreen (13 years with Austell Georgia Branch and the 5th year with the Columbus, Georgia Branch). TruGreen Specialist Mr. Mario Rivera (83595) performed the April 9, 2020 SPECIAL WEED CONTROL Follow-Up Service and the April 24, 2020, SCHEDULED ROUTINE Lawn Service. Mr. Rivera is ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL, he has done an OUTSTANDING JOB and is the epitome of PROFESSIONALISM. For each treatment, he has taken the time to explain the purpose of the service, what we could expect with the treatment, the time for results to take place, to make certain he answered any questions and allowed us to express any concerns we may have with our lawn. We know TruGreen is proud and privileged to have specialists such as Mr. Rivera! It would be great if Mr. Rivera could perform all lawn services for us! After all these years using TruGreen, the only issue we have with TruGreen’s Columbus Branch is that we have had to frequently request FOLLOW-UP WEED CONTROL SERVICES. We don’t fault the technicians. However, we believe the chemicals used are not as effective as the chemicals used when we with the Austell Branch.
My specialist does an outstanding job, keeps my yard green and weed free.
Not sure of who did my lawn the last time but I prefer to stick with that one person.

Noah Smith has been servicing our lawn since sometime last year. He has proven to be very knowledgeable and has shared his advice regarding things i can do to ensure a better lawn. Also i would like to point out that this is the FIRST spring where our lawn has come up almost week free! This has never happened before, including in my previous years with TruGreen.
