Friendly Technicians
Our specialist, Noah Smith, is a complete professional. If you have question, he stops what he is doing, answers your question and makes sure that you understand the answer or issue. He drives our security cameras crazy because he covers every inch of our large corner lot. It is good to know that those who do a service actually do it above and beyond expectations, every time.
Mr. Smith is an asset to his organization and more importantly, to those customers who are lucky to have him as their Specialist.
I've only just begun using TruGreen. This was my 2nd treatment. Anthony Mize let me know when he would be there so I could meet with him. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to listen & give feedback. My instructions on where to leave yard flag and door tag were followed just as I requested. My yard needs a lot of work! you are always on time and do a super good job
The results. Last year my lawn was covered in weeds. This year is a new story. The grass looks great!
They come when they say they will be coming and always leave a note. if I see a problem, they come back.
It keeps the weeds down and the lawn green.
The lawn treatment is on a regular basis and I do t have to worry about the lawn treatment.

Daniel was very personable. He took time to explain what types of trees are in my yard and what issues he saw with them. He offered suggestions that I could do in between treatments like pruning/ cutting back the branches to help with growth. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant... We need more people in customer service with his social skills!!!
