I am pleased with your lawn service mainly because your representative Santiono Howard is very professional and shows great interest in the problems I have with the lawn. I've had issues with the lawn and he has worked very hard solving them. He doesn't hesitate to take time talking with me, explaining the problem and how to solve it. So far he has done an excellent job.
I was not pleased with your tree and shrub program. I saw no difference in my shrub from the time starting the service until now. I talked to the service rep Marquis McCarthy a couple of times and he was very professional and seemed to know his business; however, I never saw any difference. I cancelled that service.
