The man who came and aerated my lawn was very pleasant, polite and professional. That was done on the 9th of May. Then today, Mr. Courtney Gross, another professional, polite and pleasant man, sprayed my lawn and did inform me to keep pets off the lawn until it dried. Over all, I appreciate TruGreen and look forward to seeing a much improved lawn, soon.

Well, Lately, Not so good. My Jan. 30 treatment seemed like the tech was in a hurry, because he missed a good portion of the yard and after a month, I had weeds and some funny looking grass. When the tech, (always a different one), came for the next treatment on April 28, I told him about the weeds. He treated for weeds only and I instructed him where the areas that was missed. I looked at my receipt and find that he was to spray other stuff which he did not and I was charged for it .
The tech did tell me to call for a redo in about three or four weeks.
I've only called to complaint once or twice in the ten years or so that I have been with you. I would like to remain with you, but, if the service is getting bad, then its time to move on.
OH! And another thing, why is my bill going up ever week?

I like the way my lawn is looking at the present, with the exception of a few weeds here and there. I was a little upset initially when aeration was performed on my lawn without my approval, because it was listed as something that I had done by my previous provider, Scotts who was I guess purchased by Trugreen.
The aeration has proven to be very beneficial in restoring life to my lawn. I now realize how beneficial aeration can be in having a healthy lawn.
So far I am very pleased with service, and look forward to working better and directly with my rep to communicate any concerns I may have.
