I wanted to tell you that Anthony Woods is doing a great job on my lawn. Since he has started doing my lawn treatments, my yard has thickened up. I still have some weeds, but he is spraying them for me. The weeds are stubborn. Anthony is very respectful and listens to what I have to say about my yard. I appreciate that.

Also, Matthew Jordan is doing a great job on my trees and shrubs. Matthew is very respectful and listens to me also. He always comes to my house and takes care of my bugs that get on my shrubs or crepe myrtles. I appreciate him too.

I can definitely see a change in my yard as far as color of the grass it's never been this green before . And if i had to ding anything I'm still seeing a few weeds that look like lettuce could be called broad leaf weeds and they could be coming from my neighbors yard because the weeds have taken over her yard . But other than that thats all i just want my yard to be totally free of weeds and i don't know if that is possible because of my neighbor.

Trugreen has done pretty good job but does not follow up when I talk to the driver about coming back to kill my weeds he said he will be back 2 weeks and it was about 2 months. Now this was last year. This year they been here January march and June. And I still have weeds that is not drying. That is why I didn't sign a new contact. Thanks MR Last name removed

I'm rating James a 10 - primarily b/c James called following the service and proactively identified issues to be addressed in both the front and back, indicating he was scheduling a follow-up treatment in 10 days to address several weed identified as prevalent in the lawn. Historically, the lawn condition and communications have not met expectations (I'd rate at a 3-4). So long as James or other professional continues to "own" my yard, communicate effectively and identify problems, a 10 it is. Absent that, the rating will reflect the services rendered.
