We like the phone and email communication so we know when the techs are coming and the detailed reports as to what was used on that service call and what instructions were provided. We have also noticed a huge difference in our lawn this year and it was in very poor shape for a long time. Other people have remarked on the yard as well. Keep up the good work. We know ours is a challenge.
