I asked my lawn specialist to look at an area of the lawn I was concerned about and he said he would refer to his supervisor. anytime I have asked the company sends someone to check out any problem I might have.

Curtis Palm is a true professional. He's very courteous and personal. He takes time to explain what treatment he is applying to my yard. In the past, he has said, call if I have any problems with my yard. I appreciate his hard work.

The friendliness of the technician. He tells you what he is applying to your lawn and how it works. If you are having trouble with a certain area of your lawn the tech will address it if it needs something in addition to what he has already applied.

What do you like about our services?

I can tell a difference in my grass using TruGreen. The service technicians are knowledgeable about the service and when i ask specific questions they can give me an explanation which i very much appreciate the details. My yard is curvy and they get the whole area. Very nice and professional.

What do you like about our services?

I really was impressed with my lawn guy. He called me because I was not home and explained everything. He also called me again yesterday to let me know he had an issue and wasn't going to make it for the second treatment and rescheduled it. I really like how he was thoughtful enough to call. I didn't even know he was coming, but he stilled called to apologize.
