Today Anastacio Garcia came back to my property to follow up on treating the back yard. The dog kept him from doing this area on his first visit. A follow-up visit was scheduled automatically and Anastacio was on time and ensured we penned up the dog before he completed the service. He recommended I keep the dog off the lawn for at least an hour. I appreciate his professionalism and concern for safety for himself and the dog.

Mike, you asked me to complete a second evaluation as it relates to Mike Bogdon and
Javier Ortiz. Javier recently aerated the lawn, fertilized and applied a pre-emergent. As we
spoke, your service is only as good as the people performing the service. Javier and Mike are definitely a 10.
As mentioned, I decided to terminate the service when one of your employees tagged the property without performing the service. A complaint call brought a second employee that fertilized the front lawn only and a third call brought another employee to fertilize the back lawn. It indicated a call center dispatch-personnel problem and a decision to leave.
I recommended my neighbor. Since we share a common front lawn, I asked your company
to service the properties on the same day. This has occurred twice in the past twelve months..
My recommendations: 1) Clean up the dispatch problem. When you service people on the same street or in the same neighborhood do it all on the same day. 2) Inform your employees
that a strict employment termination rule applies if service is not performed. 3) Convert your trucks to "natural gas". The system works for both fossil fuels, (gasoline and natural gas) and should be profitable to the company.
Mike, I have used your service in the past and have terminated the service for the same reasons mentioned above.
