My grass is so healthy! In a few short months TruGreen was able to eliminate all my crab grass. Now my lawn is the greenest on the block! Love what a difference it's made! I highly recommend it to anyone who is affected by the water shortage conditions but still wants to maintain a healthy and beautiful lawn!
John baliki came down to my house and found the problem now my sprinklers work great guy very happy to have him on your team.
Solved my grass issue

First name removed Balicki came out to my house today to go over what TruGreen is going to do to fix
all the bad spots in my grass.
He knows a lot about grass, he had me turn on each water sprinkler, and pointed out the ones that need work on them.
He said some of the brown dry spots were getting water, but it was not getting deep enough.
The ground needs some work, and to change the water time to 2 times a week 18 to 23 minutes each time.
He set up a time on Thursday to have Trugreen workers Aerate and put topper, and something else on the brown spots.
He said that should help all the brown spots turn green again.
That all sounds great to me.

Most recently, Anastacio Grarcia. This person is exactly the reason why customers are Trugreen customers. Anastacio is knowledgeable, customer oriented, listens carefully, a problem solver, works hard, devoted to the company and devoted to making sure the customer is happy and stays focused on getting the job done right.
The last three or four people that have visited the property this year have all been just terrific...one person readily comes to mind is named Donovan. He should be included as well.

Senior Service Manager John Balicki came out to my house and was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me how to correct areas in my lawn that needed more attention. He went above just servicing the lawn.
The specialist Noe Neria was very nice and answered all my questions.
One of the positive things about TruGreen, if your not happy as their customer, they do listen. Then they do their best to correct an error or misunderstanding, in most cases, in favor of the customer. a "win win". To me this is customer service.
Calling a service center, five hundred or more miles away, to address or answer a local service issue or situation, in my option, isn't the most effective or expedient.

Donavon was specific and helpful in developing an action plan for the lawn care.
