After a rocky start with TruGreen that can be chalked up to lack of communication I was pleased that I hung in there with your company. I eventually connected with John Balicki the Senior Service Manager. It is all too rare these days to find someone at a company that takes customer feedback personally. I have been in the customer service business for over 32 years and it is something I take very seriously. It is what separates good companies from great companies. John went above and beyond to rectify my situation and re-gained my trust and loyalty.

I had cancelled my service due to dissatisfaction with the way my lawn service had been managed, with poor results for my lawn. Your service manager John Balicki took the time to thoroughly explain what my lawn needed. He addressed the issues I wrote about, and I feel more confident I will be happier with the service in the future.

Our lawn is looking better more consistently throughout the year and our ficus hedge in the back is looking much better since our specialist pointed out the infestation of a pest. Everything is going well.
Attention to customer service. I was contacted by the Area Service Manager (John Balicki) when I had concerns about look of my lawn. He provided a detailed clarification on seeding, aeration, soil surfactant, and watering to help maintain my lawn in best condition.

I like that we can request a "do over" on a treatment when it doesn't seem to have had any effect or if it gets washed away by the rain or something. We had to do that with our Eugenias.
We are fortunate to have John Balicki as Service Manager for the technicians who care for our yard. We have been having a terrible problem with our Eugenia bushes and John called to ask how they were doing and then came out to check on them in person and even did a treatment himself. Since he was there and used to be our technician, I asked him about a number of things going on in the yard. He identified our problem with our lawn, checked some of our trees that were concerning me and gave me pointers on what to do to make my ivy grow and thrive so it will look better. He is very knowledgable and is always willing to help find solutions to the yard's problems.
Our lawn looks lush and green and gets compliments from our friends when over bbq'ing and pool party.

We especially wanted to make sure you knew that Specialist 45578- Stephen Wigington who was professional, quick, kind, informative and polite. We appreciate interacting with your company when you employ such quality people. We always ask for a three hour service window. I have yet to get a call ahead of time giving me one, but on the day of service, I always call Tru Green and they send a message to my service attendant to call me. Then he does, and he gives me a two to three hour window of when he will be at my house that works for him. We have gates, ducks, dogs and all sorts of things going on we have to negotiate before your arrival. This has been very helpful.
When we first started the service we almost dropped it because we were given 8 hour windows and sometimes the people did not even show up on that day!!!!! I am glad to say it appears you have fixed the problem. Way to go Tru Green. I still wish instead of getting the call center in another state we could reach our local office, but I'm sure you have your reasons. As long as it works I have no complaints.
