since today was my first service, I have not formed a complete opinion yet --however i was a little confused about some things. When Michael arrived I was outside. He said hello , and so i waited for him to come and tell me what service was to be done today since it was my first time with a lawn care company. But he just pulled out the hose on the truck and started spraying my lawn. So I went over and asked him. He said he was just putting down fertilizer. So, I asked if the overseeding was to be done today also. He said what he was doing would take care. of it. but if I wanted seeding done he could do it. He pointed to a push seeder. I said that I had signed up for overseeding which would also aerate the lawn, and he said he is not told what all services a customer has. So he said he thought that service would be done in April. So, I thanked him and went in. Then I noticed in my back yard he was not spraying on my hillside, so I went out and told him we owned to the bottom of the hill, and he said ok if you want that sprayed i can do that. This was something I had told Stephen when I called to sign up for trugreen, so I was confused why Michael was not told this. so after he was about done, I asked about if weed control was being done. He said yes for crabgrass. so I asked about broadleaf weeds, and he said yes he was putting down pre-emergence. So, I know the confusion was all on my part, and Michael was doing a good job. I just think I was expecting more first time explanation of my lawn problems with someone walking around with me to explain what he saw with my lawn problems, and how what Trugreen products would do to start correcting it. Michael just seemed to not even know i was a brand new customer, and also did not know what services I was to get, or not even know where all he was to put down spray. So, I think More communication between the company and their technicians that come out to customers homes would have certainly helped me today---Thank you, Name removed

Try everything to make my yard beautiful
The TrueGreen representative came for our usual Fall Application and I tolds him I would prefer he come back tomorrow so I could get leaves up prior to the application. The Representative said sure I'll see you tomorrow when your ready. Now how nice is that? He just could not have been more cooperative.
