Your lawn treatments have given us a very healthy lawn. We had a problem a week ago where we saw no evidence that our lawn had been treated according to the technicians online notes and there was no documentation left in our yard or at our door. However, TruGreen had our lawn treatment redone and I am very pleased. I appreciate their working this out. I have paid for the treatment we were billed for the 4/14/2022 date (which we saw no evidence of treatment) and accept the free treatment of 2/20/2022 TruGreen agreed to provide. We look forward to working with TruGreen and appreciate technician Aiden K. Thank you.

Good service.

Wish you guys would send an annual update/plan for the coming years services. I had to call to get an update on mine and had no idea I was scheduled for 7 lawn treatments!

Would also be nice to be notified of any price increases. I understand there will be, but unfortunately, that always plays a part in service decisions….
