Late last year and this year my lawn specialist has been Samantha Klopfer. Samantha does a fantastic job applying your products very thoroughly to my lawn and the borders of my property. If I have any problems with Trugreen, I just give them a call and they come back out and redo the problem.
I got to talk with David Thornberry about my burning bushes that gets mites on them around the end of May and June. He requested that I call him if I see them on the bushes. I usually have to call them back every year. David was very polite when we talked. I have been using Trugreen for my plants a long time and always happy with them.
Samantha K. Was informative and polite. She was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and swiftly. I would rate her a 11/10 if i could but since it only goes to 10/10 I guess that will do. She is a respectful person which you don't really see that much in today's era.
To whom it may concern, My lawn technician was Jacob Corson. He is a very professional young man, polite, and understood the different types of weeds that was in my lawn. The technician Elizabeth rang the door bell and explained the tree and shrub insect service. . She was very energetic and friendly. She then proceeded to spray all threes and shrubs.
