Last service was on 5/10/17 by specialist Devin Dent. He did a good job but made the same mistake others have made by trying to cross a ditch in front of my house near Curve Road. He got his machine stuck but to his credit was able to get his machine free with his truck. Your people last season weren't so lucky and got the machine stuck and the truck trying to free the machine. They tore up the ground somewhat which you folks were kind enough to repair. Please alert any specialist you send to 4233 Curve Road in Delaware not to try crossing the ditch at any point. It's acceptable to go parallel to the ditch but only within several feet of the lowest point or else they will get stuck. Trying to cross perpendicular to the ditch is a guaranteed way to get stuck.
My specialist, Larry, takes pride in his work. I had some concerns about my side yards and Larry was quick to respond to my concerns. I am very pleased with how healthy my overall yard looks. Thank you!
Timeliness. Calls about service are accurate within 24-48 hours depending on weather. The lawn is the healthiest looking and least invasive from weeds since we've been here in 2004. Very informative placards left on door along with follow up emails. If things aren't right either a supervisor comes out or a service technician comes out to trouble shoot additional weeds, dead spots, etc.

This year with all of the rain we have had the crews have done an outstanding job of keeping up as well as making Name removed's lawn look the best it has in a while. The mulch looks Great and the weeds are down to a minimum.
