The person who did the spraying on my trees and shrubs, put on the paperwork that the wind was blowing out of the south at 6 mph, he must have forgotten to put a 1 in front of the 6 because the wind was howling out of the south that morning. A lot of spray going into the wind.

Field service personnel were aware of possible burning of grass if fertilizer was applied too soon after previous application.
Carlos carter (branch 5797) did my treatment today. He arrived while I was still mowing and was very nice about me finishing (if I turn my mower off it won't start again until it cools). He gave me a head start and worked behind me. Very nice young man. Our yard has never looked better!! Good job Carlos!

My lawn looks great. But scheduling can be a real an issue. You call the automated line to check when your next service will be and they change it time after time. The customer service line is useless because all they can do is request treatments. They don't do the scheduling and neither does your service specialist. My specialist Larry Hillyer 10809 is an awesome guy. Does a wonderful job on my lawn. Very hard working and meticulous. He gave me his card and said if I needed anything to call him. So I called him to get my lawn scheduled. He took care of it for me and showed up when he said he would.
After reseeding last fall, I still had a large bare area in my lawn. After bringing it to your attention, a manager (Raymond Coleman) arrived at my house. He reseeded the area and even patched up a few other thin spots. He was very professional and went above and beyond to fix the situation. I understand things go wrong sometimes. What's important to me is how it is handled. I fell this particular instance was handled perfectly. Thank you.

My lawn is thick, green, and gorgeous! My neighbor's lawn is only weeds-- mostly dandelions. They think that they are saving the planet by not using chemicals on their grass, but I am constantly watching for their weeds to creep into my yard. TruGreen has done such a great job feeding and eliminating weeds that my grass stays weed free. I am pleased!

You have done everything that I have asked you to do. I think the communication is the best. I asked to be called in advance of my service and that has gone very well. If for some reason there has been a delay of service, the technician calls to let me know if something has come up and tells me when he will be able to get to it.
Plus the yard has improved. As with most lawn service, getting rid of the weeds next to the curb seems to be tougher. I hope continuous service will improve that are of the lawn.

The African-American gentleman (sorry I can't for the life of me remember his name) who treats the lawn is so professional and friendly. Since he took over my lawn has been looking really healthy.
