All your employees do not have the same passion as others. I was ready to cancel several times after one
employee told me it was his second day, I watched him Fertilized my yard with it in his hand, he barley covered half of it . Did not have the answers to any of question. This is when I wanted to cancel, why would TG send me a rookie when I was so disappointed in the service prior to his poor service.
The last two care specialist really listen to my concerns, and assured me that they would make me a Happy customer again.. and I thank them both.

The services are consistently performed. I questioned my previous lawn service on whether or not they put down the proper amount of material when they applied fertilizer, weed or insect control. I don’t question that with Tru Green.
Every service provider I have met has been friendly and courteous!
Responsive and Reliable service
Yesterday I was very impressed with the service I got from your lawn specialist Ronald McCoy. While I was in the back yard, Ronald called out to ask if needed service on the grass beyond the locked gate. I let him know that it would take me a while to get to the gate to unlock it. He waited patiently and inquired about my satisfaction with Tru Green. When he noticed that I was rehabbing from an ankle injury he apologized repeatedly for having me unlock the gate. I'm sure glad he waited and he had no reason to apologize. I then pointed out a couple places where weeds were thriving and he made sure they got treatment before he left. Ronald was very thorough and courteous. Hope he is able to return for future applications.
