Services are provided usually on the date indicated unless weather or other circumstances prevent this. Due to Covid there usually is not a one on one situation, so from what I can determine from the invoice and the state of the property after the service technician has left, the service indicated has been provided. That also includes today 11-8-2021 with the service provided by Robert Webb and as he indicated on the service invoice he closed the gate into the back yard and left the property as he found it prior to his performing the lawn care service.
I've been waiting for a Supervisor to call me and come by to see my back and side lawn. The team came out on Monday 11/1/21 to do my aeration and reseeding, the ground was wet and rather than them rescheduling they tried to do the job!! I now have ruts in my back and side of my house which they filled with GRASS SEED which I don't think will ever come up this year!! I was told yesterday (Thursday) that someone would call and come out to look to see what could be done. I stayed home all day, no one call or came out. Today (Friday) I called to have someone come today but as of 210pm I haven't seen are heard from anyone. To say the least I'm really upset with Management in the Collinsville Office. I hope you do publicly share my name (Jim Vetter) but I know it won't PROMOTE TruGreen.

Information on the app is great, but, they used to leave a black spike in the ground with a small piece of instructions showing you were there. Now no black spike is left so when you say you were there I have to assume you were there. My close neighbor had a spike left in his yard so it adds to my wonderment.
I like the satisfaction guaranteed aspect of this company.
