He took the time to let me know what he was doing. He did a good job covering all the yard and left a printed copy of the service summary. He has been here before and he has always done this. I've been a customer for 15 years and I know this is what the techs are supposed to do but not all of them do. Just wanted to let you know Darrell is one of the good ones.
