Neighbors compliment me often on how great my lawn looks. I tell them TruGreen helps keep it that way.

I like the fact that I have been able to talk to the person doing the application.

All i=visits are preceded by phone alerts and any issues, such as gate left open addressed by staff and noted on billing documents.

They come on time and if I have any questions, they always answer them.

Doug took the time to introduce himself. We discussed a few issue...violets, Bermuda grass, a clover patch...and his knowledge was appreciated.

I was unaware that TruGreen had obtained the Unique Lawn Care accounts. I mentioned it to a friend that had been with ULC. He too was unaware of the switch, also finding out when his technician arrived.

Doug shared that a letter had been sent to all previous ULC account holders, but that we "probably" saw is it as a solicitation. Since I already had service, that's EXACTLY what I thought, sending it immediately to the recycle container. Sorry.

My lawn is large and each application was by a mobile unit. As a result, edges of the lawn around flower beds and etc has crab grass and weeds. Those edges need to be done by hand.
The rest of the lawn has improved this year

My property always looks great. Having the various treatments done at the “right” time is worth the expense, to me. Also, if there are problems I can always blame Trugreen!……and get help.

I explained to them the predicament they put me in by doing and charged me for two applications without notice. It an overdraft on my bank account. After a couple of weeks I received a refund. Now I am waiting on them to reseed my backyard tomorrow.
