Doug Woods has treated my lawn a number of times this season, and he is incredibly courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He takes care to watch out for the dog if he is in the back yard, makes sure both gates are closed when he leaves, asks if I have any questions and always offers to return if there is a problem. He is terrific.
Each time that Doug Woods arrives to do a treatment he makes to be sure that the lawn is up to his standards. When he has another tech with him, he points out the way the treatment should be applied. The other techs also do a good job when they do treatments, but Doug is more attentive to the lawn needs.
