Our tree and shrub technician, Bob Cochrane, is very knowledgeable about trees and shrubs and in always very helpful to me when I have questions. He even gave me advice about the best ways to treat a tree which suffered during last summer's drought. I have the highest regard for his skills.

Lawn looks very nice due to treatments. However, the area along the edges out front have sprouted a few dandelions. Also, the strip to the left of the driveway is mostly our property and should be treated as well.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to do this but I wanted to let you know that my service tech, Greg McMahon, is doing a great job and very happy with the service that he's been giving me. Great customer service and answers all my questions about my lawn care and gives me great tips.

Trugreen employees are generally very professional and courteous when I do meet up with them. However, I would like to specifically call out Greg McMahon, who has serviced our lawn before and whom I find to be extremely professional, informative, courteous, and personable. He is an asset to your company. Please assign the proper credit to him as he is the reason why this feedback is positive. (For reference, he is with branch #5870, territory #602, and we are customer #Phone number removed). There is another service person who comes by, but I forgot his name. He's great too.
I do want to also point out that the company-issued printed instructions for accessing the customer service survey are incorrect. I was instructed to access my account page and click on a survey button to the right side of the screen. There was no such button, and I had to scroll all the way to the bottom. If you want feedback from people, you need to make sure that button is front and center on your pages.
