Pat Regan, Branch#5855 (Western Mass.) helped to correct a computer error regarding size/scope of our lawn so that we were getting the proper applications all over our lawn. We did not realize we were paying for full service and computer told technician to only treat the front and sides of house. We have been customers for close to 20 years!!!
Pat was easy to communicate with and promised to correct these errors and apologized for the mistakes of the past.
