We are new customers to TruGreen. We had our first service call on 4/13/2018 with tech, Jan Cabrera. He is affiliated with Branch #5855. We have a special circumstance regarding our lawn. This is a newly constructed property. The contractor has not properly seeded our lawn, and as a result we have many bare spots. The contractor was to meet the tech at our home for the first treatment on the lawn to coordinate a time when he could come back out and reseed the back lawn of our property. Unfortunately he was not able to be here when the tech was here on 4/13/2018. As a result the tech only serviced our front and two side yards. Jan told us that as soon as the contractor reseeds the backyard that we should call TruGreen and have him come back out and treat that area. We were charged for the full lawn area, even though a portion was not treated. Just would like TruGreen to place a note on our account stating that fact, and to also indicate in the note that service will be completed when the seeding of our back yard is done. Jan assured us that this would be done, but would like someone to confirm that for us. Thank you.
