Service has been as requested and scheduled since I started with this company. I usually am very satisfied with the results, however had problems last year with different service reps not knowing my property resulting in an insect problem that was finally discovered by my original rep (Smitty). She made applications and did what she could at the end of the season to correct the problem, but the damage was done. Numerous spots of damaged lawn through out the back yard with minor damage in the front of the house. I did do some re-seeding and Spoke with the Field Service Manager today and we will keep an eye on the situation.

I've been pleased to have my concerns heard at the beginning of the service plan. Although it is difficult to get to talk with the same person twice when I call, the message eventually got through and I was contacted about my concern and a remedy was offered and completed.
As a new customer, I thought the price was a bit steep for a year's services, but if the attention is given to my lawn that is needed and I see an improvement next spring and summer, I will continue for another year after this one is finished.

Today 11/08/18 your specialist Joshua Szumski took extra time helping treat my lawn.
I am a handicaped senior in Westfield Mass. This time of year after a windy day I had a
pile of leaves on the ground around a maple tree. Josh took the time to rake them into
a pile so that he could apply fertilizer to that area.
He was polite and did a very good job applying the fertlizer.
I like what your program has done for my lawn.

Services are on a schedule. I’m notified via text the day of service. I can watch the service being performed on my phone. And the customer service is wonderful. I had a minor complaint about one application and Tru Green promptly responded and sent a tech back out at no charge. My lawn looks 100% better than it did and this is just my first season using them.
I know when the service person is coming and they show up as scheduled.
What I’d really like that I don’t think that I saw-
