I like the convenience of having a specialist determine what my yard needs and applying the recommended fertilizer and weed control. This service saves me time and effort. Not only do I get a break from the manual labour included with lawn care, I also save endless hours of doubt and uncertainty that come with trying to identify weeds and research the best options for my yard.

When you call the 800 number and are patient enough to hold for extended periods and a actual person comes on the line - never Hagerstown, Md. you get results relative to what and why you called within a week. If that doesn't work and you can call corporate headquarters, you get results sometimes from as far as the D.C. area. All technicians have been very conscientious and professional except one thus far.
You do a good job. Call before come to work and on schedule.
TRUGREEN HAS VERY GOOD WORKERS.
I like Roy Hill, the technician who works on both my yard and my daughter's lawn. He is so conscientious and shows up when he says and is on time and even calls before he arrives. I would like to give him a 10, but don't see anywhere to fill out the survey.

Thank you, TruGreen for you quick response to my previous feedback note. I was pleasantly surprised to have a representative, Aaron Crouse, at my home within 2 days after posting my concerns in the previous feedback note.
Aaron promptly shared the reason for the home visit and thoroughly listened to my concerns. We walked around the yard and he acknowledged my concerns and told me what he would do to correct this concern. Aaron appeared to be extremely knowledgeable with solutions for correcting the concerns and presented as a representative that had a lot of experience with lawn care and dealing respectfully with customers. He also gave me his card and told me to call if I had any additional concerns or questions. After applying the needed treatment, Aaron knocked on the door to let me know that he was finished with the day's work.
I have regained trust with TruGreen due to the professional manner that Aaron showed us on this visit. He genuinely showed concern for customer satisfaction and care for the lawn. His tips were appreciated. Please recognize Aaron for his professionalism and his respect for customers and for representing your company in a positive manner.
