Vincent Raubaugh was extremely polite and did a fantastic job going around and fogging around all my buildings and trees that border my house and buildings, going the extra mile. He didn't know that he was supposed to be here on Tuesday instead of Wednesday so I guess that that was a communications failure between the office and him. However he was patiently waiting at my gate for me to come down and let him in. My gate is a security measure to keep unwanted visitors out at night, since my house is fairly secluded and my driveway is not in a straight line and is lined with Leyland Cypress trees on both sides.

For the most part your scheduled appointments are very timely, weather permitting. The products used seem to be precisely what is needed for my lawn. The results are obvious to see and my lawn gets many compliments. This is especially good because the ground conditions are really poor in this area.
I have been very satisfied after the acquisition of Scott's Lawn Service; I was a customer of theirs for many years! Thus far, things are running smoothly and I'm getting perpetual results after caring for my lawn for 17+ years!

Mike Montanaro has consistently kept communications with my family in regards to our questions and concerns. He explains in detail the plans, comparisons, ideas and doesn't leave clients with ambiguity.
His work ethics are amazing. He treats his client's lawns as if they're his own or a VIP. To Mike all of his clients are VIPs, that's an attribute not many people have. After his work is finished he ensures satisfaction, if there is a problem he is quick to resolve the issue.

A series of different timed applications. The ability to opt in/out of them. Response it something, e.g. weed preventer, doesn't seem to be working.

Started using TruGreen about two years ago and have been very satisfied with their customer
service and results. My lawn looks the best it has in years. Mr. Joseph Bechtel my lawn service technician has done an outstanding job. If I am home he talks to me before beginning each treatment and explains what he will be doing and always asks if I am experiencing problems or concerns with the lawn. If I have a question, and have at times, he takes the time to fully explain what's going on and what if anything can be done. When Joseph is finished he leaves me a written explanation of what he did and any recommendations for areas that might need attention. Overall I am very satisfied with the outstanding customer service and expertise of Mr. Bechtel and TruGreen.
