My wife and I live in Arlington, VA, and we had Carl and Jose service our lawn yesterday. I normally don't follow-up with feedback for most companies, but I feel obligated to do so here. Carl and Jose were so nice and helpful. I watched them work very hard on the lawn, and Carl took time to speak to me afterward about the lawn and follow-up. He answered questions, too. All around, it was a pleasant and professional experience. If possible, my wife and I would like to have Carl and Jose come every time.

I appreciate the special accommodation made to me during our most recent scheduled application. Due to the rain, the grass was tall and I had been unable to get it cut. It was dry on the day for treatment and I was hurrying to cut the grass before the arrival of the technician. I wasn't quite finished before he arrived. He checked his manifest and went to another customer in the neighborhood and came back to me later. I really appreciate his consideration. At the end of his application, we engaged in a very pleasant conversation. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in providing answers to my questions. Thank you, Eric Elmore

It was easy to call in and get updated information on all TrueGreen services. Like the early informational texts/calls when a service rep shows up to the house and like the final report of the lawn at the end with the current status of what else to expect.
