This is a request. I would like the service person to knock or ring our door bell when they arrive. I don't need to talk with them, but I'd like to observe what they are doing.
I don't know why that would expose anyone to the virus.
Service occurs as scheduled and the work is professional. I like the heads up texts/emails about when the truck will arrive. But most importantly, the treatments seem to be working. In the several years long battle between weeds and grass, the latter finally appears to be gaining the upper hand. This fall is aeration and seeding...I'm very curious to see how the lawn looks in the spring.
Carl Davis is a real professional. He not only took time to explain everything in great detail about each application, but also helped us understand what to do with our grass maintenance, our yard maintenance over the fall and winter, and also how the increase mushroom growth where a tree root system is - is a sign that our treatments and plans are working.
He was great.

The main reason of course, is the Tech! Thankfully, this year we have a wonderful man named B! Unfortunately, the first time he came we were not home but I observed his tire tracks and I walked around and saw the granules. And yes, I am very particular. And, I was thrilled with what I saw.
Fortunately, this time I was home and thanked and complimented B on his service.
I am counting on B being our Tech from Now on! He is also extremely polite and friendly!
Also...........I resent and HATE the rude intrusive 'notice' from Trudy calling the evening before to announce that service will be the next day and telling us that we don't have to be home. WELL....we want to be home and see the work done. We have spent a lot of $ with Trugreen through the years and not all of it has been good. B, however is what a Trugreen service should be.
To summarize, I want advance notice of service from now on via email would be fine.
And, we are counting on B being our wonderful Tech.

I have been very pleased with the outstanding results due to the skilled, personable technicians that treat our yard.
The service today (6/2/2020) was performed by Mr. Dean Lawson. I am very appreciative of his efforts to help protect our lawn from weeds and grubs. This was the second time he has serviced our lawn. He gave me a very good overview of the treatment he provided today and the expected results. I hope TruGreen management continues to assign him to service our lawn in the future.

Always appreciate the written comments left behind (or told to me in person if I'm available) updating me on the lawn and shrub conditions and any pest that I may have.
